Join us for Sunday Night Standard at Video Game Trader — a weekly Magic: The Gathering tournament where players battle in the Standard format, earn League Points toward prizes, and connect with the local Magic community.

Format: Standard (Best-of-Three)
Rounds: 3 Swiss Rounds through Wizards EventLink
Round Length: 55 Minutes
Event Length: About 3 Hours

Players may preregister online or sign up in-store. Late entry is allowed.

🏆 Prizing

Players earn League Points which can be redeemed for prizes from our in-store prize cabinet, including booster packs, collector packs, sleeves, playmats, Secret Lairs, Commander decks, and more.

• Participate in 1 Round: 10 League Points
• Participate in 2–3 Rounds: 20 League Points
• Players finishing 3–0: 10 additional League Points

Additional weekly rewards:

• 3–0 Record: Foil Promo Pack
• 2–1 Record: Non-Foil Promo Pack
• All Participants: Choose a free promotional card from our promo binder (while supplies last)

League Points can be saved for future events or redeemed during events with the organizer present.

📊 Seasonal Leaderboard

All weekly events contribute toward our seasonal leaderboard, where players earn points throughout the season to climb the rankings and compete for a place in our season-ending Store Championship.

Leaderboard standings are posted in our Discord, and the current top player earns the Reigning Victor title along with 5% off Magic products in the store.
