• For free events, a credit card is required to be entered during checkout in order to secure your ticket. This is to prevent tickets from being claimed by people trying to abuse this online ticketing platform. If your order total is $0, then your card will NOT be charged.
• A free account must be created in order to make a purchase on this platform. You will be asked to create one during checkout.
• If you are an existing Video Game Trader customer and are creating an account on this website for the first time, you may link your new online account to your in-store customer account after making an account here. Simply create an account (during checkout), then after you are logged into your new account, click your username in the upper right and choose Account from the menu. On your Account page there will be a button that allows you to link your two accounts together.
